Key Personnel Profiles
ANN M. DANCIK
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Serving in this leadership capacity since 1999, Ms. Dancik has transformed EDIT from a fledgling technical services company to an industry leader in information technology and financial management education and training, aviation consulting, and a provider of military sustainment support, doing business as a subcontractor to the Department of Defense i.e. Air Force, Army, Navy, and as a direct contractor to the Massachusetts National Guard.

As one of EDIT’s founders in 1994, Ms. Dancik established the company’s financial, contracting and human resource management systems. EDIT also ranks as having one of the highest industry employee retention rates, largely due to the personal interest that Ms. Dancik devotes to the day-to-day operation of the company and its employees. Prior to the founding of EDIT Ms. Dancik worked in progressively more responsible leadership positions in the international import / export industry. Ms. Dancik worked as a Traffic Manager overseeing the export / import of food products to the Caribbean and Latin America from the United States and Canada, including all aspects of shipping and handling. Ms. Dancik received a Masters of Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Smith College.


CAPTAIN ELPERT T. HODGE
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Through the development of strategic relationships with Defense and Aerospace contractors, and government leadership at the Department of Defense and Federal Aviation Authority, Captain Hodge has ensured the steady growth of EDIT by capitalizing on existing opportunities and the creation of new opportunities and innovative ways of doing business.

Captain Hodge has personally positioned EDIT as a Defense Contractor working with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) and the Massachusetts National Guard. He has accomplished this by demonstrating the tremendous value EDIT provides to its customers and the company’s tradition of high integrity and the ability to continually exceed expectations.

Captain Hodge gained early recognition as a successful entrepreneur through the establishment of Boston’s first International Public Charter Airline Part 121 operation with worldwide operating authority, Elan Air. Elan Air provided both passenger and cargo service and was later acquired by a major International airline. Because of his unprecedented success, Captain Hodge was a highly sought consultant, working with the Federal Aviation Administration, New England region, the Massachusetts Port Authority, and several elite aviation consulting firms specializing in Domestic and International Aviation. In addition, Captain Hodge has worked closely with major venture capitalists and public / private investors to structure and finance new international enterprises. Captain Hodge received his flight and aviation sciences training at Burnside-Ott Aviation Training Center and American Institute of Aeronautics, both located in Opa Locka, FL. He also obtained his performance category “A” rating from the Air Registration Board, Surrey, Redhill, England.


RISA CESKAVICH
VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

Ms. Ceskavich's current assignment with EDIT requires daily management of corporate financial information. She has been with EDIT since 2001, and is responsible for preparing monthly contract invoices, monthly accounting reports, and monthly job cost labor summary reports. Ms. Cesavich records all of the post contract expenditures and assists in preparation of the annual corporate tax return.

Prior to joining EDIT, Ms. Ceskavich worked in the commercial equipment leasing industry. She was a Contract Administrator, coordinating the lease contract preparation and processing with the sales and credit departments. She also conducted analyses of sales and use tax on contracts and conducted audits of lease portfolios being purchased. Ms. Ceskavich received a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Syracuse University.


GEORGE O'BRyAN
CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER

Mr. O’Bryan has over 20 years of IT Experience in the areas of Business Process Modeling, Logical Database Design, Data Conversion, Team Lead, and Project Management for such industries as the Department of Defense, U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corp., U.S. Navy, U.S. EPA, Banking, Judicial, and Health Care. He continually illustrates his ability to overcome obstacles by mentoring others, serving as a Mediator, and by removing barriers that would otherwise have caused projects to end abruptly. He makes friends quickly, and those under him can attest to his ability to mentor and lead. He understands system design and recognizes the importance of matching the right hardware and software to the task before him. While he has the ability to see the Big Picture, he is also a stickler for the details that outline the most minute task. Mr. O'Bryan has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Antioch University McGregor.


MARY McRAE
directoR OF FINANCIAL SYSTEMS TRAINING

Ms. McRae has over 20 years of financial management systems experience. Her career in finance began in the United States Army as a Financial Management Specialist. She has taught financial management to all branches of the Department of Defense, i.e. Air Force, Army, and Navy.

Ms McRae was also a functional analyst at the Massachusetts National Guard, reviewing functional requirements for the accounts payable module of DIMHRS (Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System). She analyzed and conducted functional objectives developed for the new financial systems, including interfaces to the contracting system, resulting in the system meeting regulatory laws, regulations, and policies, and logging system deficiencies when found.

Ms. McRae has held positions with the University of Massachusetts as a Financial Management and Training Instructor, and is currently a Senior Computer Analyst on contract with the Department of Defense. Ms. McRae holds a Bachelors Degree in Government from University of Central Texas.
